David Kennedy Recruitment is looking for an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to join our team. If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with client needs, we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, with earnings directly tied to successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - invoiceable

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify suitable candidates for roles
• Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to source candidates within and outside Germany
• Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques (preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (a plus)
