Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
- Advanced English proficiency
- Minimum 4 years of logistics experience, preferably in transportation
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers, program managers, and local teams
- Systematic and regular work approach with strong follow-up skills
- Customer-oriented with self-initiative when needed
- Understanding of business structures and customer requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI skills are an advantage
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in KPI reporting and result monitoring
- Residence in Istanbul, preferably on the European side
- Knowledge of transportation activities, preferably LSHC
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting, project follow-up, and improvement
- Customer management
- Performance, cost, and data analysis to enhance efficiency
- Creating weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Executing cost distributions and P&L management
- Financial management of costs and customer invoices
- Monitoring GoGreen, Business Continuity, Incident Management, and Logistics reporting processes
- Managing Quality Self-Assessment processes
- Transportation procurement and vendor relations management
