Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Minimum 4 years of logistics experience, preferably in transportation
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers, program managers, and local teams
  • Systematic and regular work approach with strong follow-up skills
  • Customer-oriented with self-initiative when needed
  • Understanding of business structures and customer requirements
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI skills are an advantage
  • Good presentation skills
  • Experience in KPI reporting and result monitoring
  • Residence in Istanbul, preferably on the European side
  • Knowledge of transportation activities, preferably LSHC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting, project follow-up, and improvement
  • Customer management
  • Performance, cost, and data analysis to enhance efficiency
  • Creating weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Executing cost distributions and P&L management
  • Financial management of costs and customer invoices
  • Monitoring GoGreen, Business Continuity, Incident Management, and Logistics reporting processes
  • Managing Quality Self-Assessment processes
  • Transportation procurement and vendor relations management
