About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programme Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in Berlin. This position is essential to ensuring that our programs function smoothly and effectively, allowing team members to focus on strategic duties. You will handle documents and communications in both German and English, so fluency in both languages is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Support in the planning and coordination of operational tasks.
2. Effectively communicate in both German and English with internal and external contractors.
3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of presentations, reports, and other documents.
4. Organize meeting and event scheduling, logistics, and administrative duties.
5. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
6. Conduct research and gather data to support programmes and organize programme-related records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Background or strong interest in Contemporary Art.
• Previous experience in operational support or administrative roles.
• Excellent multitasking and organizing abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
