Status: 40 hours a week
Pay: $26-32/hr plus tips, and expanded benefits negotiable including profit sharing and bonus time off
We’re seeking front-of-house nighttime service leaders at our Flagship Store in Brunswick. You will learn all aspects of FOH operations, including our distinctive customer service approach. Your role is heavily focused on serving customers and ensuring Gelato Fiasco’s high service standards are met during each shift.

You will work closely with these managers to optimize the evening shift.
Requirements include a love for customer service, ability to lead coworkers, willingness to perform cleaning and store takedown tasks, and availability for evening and weekend shifts, approximately 4-5 p.m. to 1 a.m. The schedule can be flexible around 30-40 hours per week. Overtime is generally available during shoulder seasons.
Compensation includes $26-32/hour plus tips, with potential benefits such as profit sharing, bonus time off, health insurance after 60 days, and 401k after one year.
Minimum requirements:
- At least one year of exemplary customer service experience in a busy food or retail environment.
- Kindness, professionalism, and poise.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Coachability.
- Warm, friendly, confident communication skills.
- Understanding of checklists and process adherence for consistency.
Skills/abilities required:
- Ability to guide coworkers calmly and kindly to meet customer service and cleanliness expectations.
- Desire to serve high-quality gelato with attention to detail.
- Focus on engaging hospitality in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of how actions contribute to the customer experience.
- Willingness to learn Gelato Fiasco’s customer service approach.
- Problem-solving skills during shifts.
In return, you’ll enjoy competitive pay, benefits, free coffee and gelato, and a dynamic work environment at a Maine-owned company recognized in major publications and awards.
