Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating the general design approval process as well as the license and co-promotional design approval process between Nintendo of Europe central, local markets, and Nintendo Japan
  2. Checking licensed product quality and conformity to Nintendo guidelines or standards
  3. Communicating with the headquarters in Japan (Translation Japanese / English) on a daily basis
  4. Assisting with the product overview schedule and handling the design project completion
  5. Supporting the department and the supervisor with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English
  • First experience in Project Management
  • Supportive and teamwork-oriented mindset
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently and well-organized
  • Educational background or work experience in Graphic Design is highly appreciated
  • Experience in translation and interpreting is a plus
