1. Independent management of the counter & leadership, motivation, and development of the team according to DIOR guidelines, KPIs, and sales targets, including personnel planning
2. Professional, personalized, and unique customer advice following DIOR guidelines
3. Building and developing a strong and exclusive customer base
4. Ensuring an excellent service level with a customer-oriented mindset. Be a role model for your team!
5. Monitoring and optimizing counter operations, sales, and KPIs, including reporting
6. Autonomous development and organization of sales-promoting measures at the point of sale
7. Ensuring a luxurious brand image and implementing our DIOR merchandising guidelines
8. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
9. Several years of professional experience in the premium/luxury sector (retail, hotel, gastronomy, etc.)
10. Understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market or strong motivation to acquire this knowledge
11. Fluent German and good English skills; Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic skills are an advantage
12. Open, confident personality with sales and communication strength
13. High service orientation & flexibility
