IT Project Expert

Are you a tech-savvy project coordinator with a passion for impactful IT work in the life sciences space? We’re looking for an IT Project Expert to join a dynamic team supporting critical systems across global sites – no travel required.

What you’ll do :

• Coordinate and support IT projects from planning to implementation
• Collaborate with teams in the US and India
• Drive system transitions and lab IT overhauls (think LIMS, ERP, etc.)
• Keep projects on track with tools like Smartsheets & MS Project

What you bring :

• 4+ years of IT project experience
• Strong knowledge of AD, IP networks, virtualisation, scripting
• Fluent English (C1+) and solid German skills
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational IT training

Nice to know :

• No leadership or budget responsibilities – this is a hands-on coordination role
• Work on meaningful projects in oncology and life-saving treatments
• Based in Halle / Westphalia – hybrid flexibility possible
