Team

Our B2B Partnership Team at Raisin is responsible for collaborating with leading banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions across Europe. We enable our partners to offer attractive deposit products to their end customers via the Raisin platform.

The team handles acquiring, onboarding new partners, and managing existing partnerships.


Tech Stack


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Account Management team within the B2B Partnerships department, both disciplinarily and functionally.
  • Act as a sparring partner for our partners and support your team in maintaining and expanding these relationships.
  • Lead strategic projects to develop our partner portfolio and take operational responsibility when needed.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and develop initiatives to leverage them.
  • Ensure processes, reporting structures, and workflows are efficient and continuously optimized.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Tech, Legal, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance) to meet our partners’ needs holistically.

Your Profile

  • Strong communicator with a clear customer focus and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in account management, partner management, or business development within financial services (e.g., banks, fintechs, insurance companies, consultancies).
  • Experience in leading a team, either in disciplinary or functional leadership, with skills to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex issues, translate them into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Comfortable diving into technical and process-related topics, including workflows, partner integrations, or API infrastructure.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site meetings and relationship building.
  • Fluent in English; German and other European languages are a plus.
