Our client, a globally operating manufacturer of conveyor technology, is seeking a General Manager | Site Manager (m/f/d) in Southern Lower Saxony, near Hannover.

You will be responsible for the production site with approximately 60 employees, utilizing your technical and business expertise to oversee its development. You will focus on expanding market share and play a key role in the company's global growth strategy. This position encompasses the full spectrum of operational and strategic corporate management.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Full P&L responsibility, making strategic and personnel decisions
2. Overseeing Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, and Sales
3. Implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and employee development initiatives
4. Collaborating with the sales team to foster growth in a global market environment

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering & Technology; additional business training is preferred
• Experience managing a production site
• Several years of international professional experience
• Willingness to travel globally to support sales activities
• Fluent in German and English
