Key Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you will handle pre-litigation and civil and commercial litigation cases, including employment law, civil liability, insolvency law, shareholder disputes, and compulsory execution.
You will work in a structured, supportive environment that fosters professional development, including coaching and mentoring junior team members, supervising trainees, and nurturing talent, while collaborating with experienced lawyers and contributing to innovative legal strategies.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We seek experienced associates with at least 5 years of civil and commercial litigation experience in Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg bar as “Avocat à la Cour.” Candidates should possess a solid understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate law in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate is bilingual or multilingual, with excellent French and English skills (both written and spoken); proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
