As an Altenpfleger (m/w/d), you will care for and support individuals in need, assisting with daily tasks and planning shared activities.

You will serve as both a counselor and motivator, providing nursing and medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive basic and treatment care for residents and patients
• Implementation and monitoring of medication intake as prescribed by a doctor
• Recording, sharing and documenting care data and their analysis
• Supporting and accompanying patients and their families
• Collaborating with physiotherapists and ergotherapists, supporting mobilization measures
• Documenting care processes
• Training care assistants

Qualifications include:

• Completed vocational training and specialized knowledge
• Reliability and a friendly demeanor are your strengths
• You also bring a high level of motivation, flexibility, and shift readiness
