Laboratory Technician

For our company, we are looking for a dynamic and well-organised person to strengthen our international and multi-disciplinary team in our Goslar office. You have a professional background with focus on engineering technology, chemical engineering, chemistry, natural science or comparable? You have broad knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, physical chemistry and process engineering? You have experience in laboratory operations, a service-oriented attitude and a motivated spirit? Then you are exactly right with us.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform complex testing and advanced sample analysis
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Accurately document experimental procedures, observations, and results
• Adhere to high HSE standards, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all safety protocols
• Assist lab engineers in experimental method development
• Train other personnel in safe handling of lab instruments

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional background in Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably with the energy sector or fluid dynamics research
• Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments and equipment; experience with microfluidic technology is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
