Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and bilingual (German / English) professional to support and manage our outsourced financing partnerships and internal sales stakeholders. This role plays a key part in enabling financing solutions, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless communication across functions and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day inquiries from financing partners, including matters related to security, credit facilities, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain open, proactive, and consistent communication with outsourced funding partners and internal sales teams.
• Represent financing partners in internal meetings and act as a cross-functional bridge between Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Assist external financing partners with pricing, documentation, and localized program requirements.

2. Program Oversight & Operational Support

• Identify and facilitate sales requests and financing program needs with third-party partners.
• Oversee operational reporting from all financing partners, tracking key metrics, highlighting risks, and celebrating successes.
• Manage and support the transition of existing customers from the legacy internal financing model to the outsourced structure.
• Support the full deal lifecycle, offering guidance and expertise to Sales on non-standard deals and custom financing solutions.
• Maintain and support the portfolio of financing transactions outside the outsourced programs.
• Manage requests for maintenance rebates and other non-standard deal structures in line with published policies.
• Track and manage residual sharing arrangements, including ongoing communications and reconciliations with partners.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Create, collect, and validate localized documentation related to financing programs.
• Ensure all financing documentation complies with legal standards in both Germany and English-speaking jurisdictions.
• Monitor and maintain accurate residual value tracking with relevant stakeholders.

5. Strategic Initiatives

• Participate in long-term projects and strategic initiatives to evolve and optimize financing programs and partner collaboration.

Required Qualifications :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Fluency in legal and contractual language in both German and English, particularly in the context of financing agreements.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and external partnerships.
• Experience in financing operations, partner management, or a related function is preferred.
