Key Responsibilities

  1. Media Buying and Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across multiple channels, including direct buys with publishers and adult ad networks such as Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, Adsterra.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to monitor ad performance, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
  3. Automation and Advanced Tools: Implement automation tools to enhance management, streamline processes, and improve performance.
  4. Creative Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives based on performance metrics and feedback.
  5. Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with publishers, ad networks, and partners to secure favorable placements and negotiate terms.
  6. Market Research and Adaptation: Stay informed on industry trends, platform policies, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Reporting and Performance Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze data, and provide insights to refine advertising strategies.
  8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure campaigns comply with regulations and manage risks related to adult content advertising.
  9. Experience in Adult Industry Media Buying: Minimum 3 years' experience managing campaigns on platforms like Exoclick, TrafficJunky, and TrafficStars with proven success.
  10. Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills with tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, and industry platforms to monitor and optimize campaigns.
  11. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ad formats such as banners, preroll, push traffic, popunders, in-page push, and interstitials.
  12. Negotiation and Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills to negotiate and build partnerships.
  13. Creative Optimization: Expertise in testing creatives, managing ad fatigue, and coordinating with content teams.
  14. Adaptability and Agility: Ability to quickly adapt strategies to market changes, platform policies, and new opportunities.
