Job Description:

Your Tasks

  • Further develop the existing codebase with new features and project refinement in collaboration with the team.
  • Write and maintain programs and functions for automotive solar power electronics, including high voltage devices.
  • Refine and innovate control models and algorithms into microcontroller code.
  • Debug programs within development frameworks and directly on hardware.
  • Program and manage common automotive communications such as CAN and derivatives.
  • Follow coding standards including unit testing, git version control, modular and reusable code.
  • Fully document all engineering designs and processes.
  • Support functional safety and cybersecurity topics.
  • Perform other tasks aligned with your skills that contribute to company goals, reflecting the startup environment's responsibilities.

Our Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Expertise in writing C/C++ for microcontrollers in safety-critical electronics.
  • Experience in adapting control algorithms into performant, real-time code.
  • Strong understanding of electronics schematics, IC functions, and peripheral management.
  • Good knowledge of revision control and team communication.
  • Experience with Microchip dsPIC33 microcontroller is a strong plus.
  • Experience with MathWorks Simulink/Stateflow and code generation for automotive applications is advantageous.
  • Fluent English skills are required as this is the company language.
