As an HR Advisor at a production site in the Mainz area, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations while working closely with site leadership.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for management and employees regarding all HR-related matters.
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, employee development, and performance management.
  • Advise site management on labor law issues and complex HR challenges.

What you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with payroll processing and global payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
