There are several positions to be filled on a part-time basis to support various chairs at the campus in Vallendar.
Your mission
Supporting chairholders and their international teams in organizational and administrative matters (e.g. organization of examinations and administration of courses)
Office management (correspondence, filing, material procurement, etc.)
Travel planning and accounting
Planning and implementation of events
Design and maintenance of websites
Your profile
Commercial training or other qualification in the field of secretarial/office management with relevant professional experience
Experience in office and project management as well as knowledge of accounting/financial administration (e.g. in connection with third-party funded projects) desirable
Very good user knowledge (Microsoft Office 365 incl. Word with formula editor, Excel and PowerPoint), as well as willingness to learn new computer software
Experience in working with databases (e.g. reference management software such as EndNote or Citavi) and content management systems for maintaining websites desirable
Team player, professional communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Flexible and temporarily able to work under pressure
Enjoy working in an international team
Interested in becoming part of a university teaching team
