Job Description
Are you passionate about crafting impactful marketing strategies and managing complex projects? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to develop marketing strategies for our diverse product lines and overall brand. You will drive marketing and communication initiatives, suggesting, conceptualizing, and executing campaigns to elevate our brand presence. Your strong project management skills will ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery, utilizing proven methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with management to develop strategies for various product lines and the brand, engaging with stakeholders.
- Project Roadmap: Create and update a comprehensive marketing activities roadmap, identifying upcoming projects and phases.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central interface, providing consultation to project teams and internal stakeholders across departments.
- Project Initiative: Propose, conceptualize, and manage complex marketing and communication projects aligned with business goals.
- Project Management: Lead project delivery within schedule, scope, and budget constraints using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Workshops & Meetings: Prepare and host workshops and meetings to drive project progress.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, project management, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and project management, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, communication strategies, and brand development.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a successful track record.
- Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent planning and multitasking skills, including creating marketing roadmaps.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset, confident in suggesting ideas and taking initiative.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is advantageous.
