About The Job

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its go-to-market strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll ensure that our portfolio company’s business-critical services are optimized and contribute to various projects.

In This Role, You’ll

• Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to resolve issues and inquiries during trading.
• Stay informed on market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to inform trading decisions.
• Analyze trade data regularly and provide strategic insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Address client concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with the technology team to improve platform functionality based on user feedback.
• Ensure all trades comply with industry regulations and internal policies, staying updated on relevant legal requirements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account or Account Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent German skills and proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of international trade and supply chain management is a plus.

Note: This position requires support at our Berlin office. EU work eligibility is mandatory.
