This position can be hybrid (50/50 office/home) from Dublin or Berlin. Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Join Personio's Marketing team to strategize, collaborate, create, and generate demand for one of Europe's most valuable tech companies. We seek a motivated Marketing Operations Manager to focus on executing marketing campaigns and working closely with our European field marketing teams. This role offers a chance to significantly boost operational efficiency and regional marketing success.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support international markets to accelerate regional growth.
• Enhance operational capacity by managing daily tasks efficiently.
• Build and manage marketing nurture campaigns, organize events & webinars, and ensure timely lead delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions for support and alignment.
• Be an expert in HubSpot and other marketing tech stack components.
• Lead strategic projects to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with marketing automation agencies for campaign execution.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing operations, focusing on campaign management.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot & Salesforce).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
