Xylem's Evoqua Water Technologies division offers solutions in advanced water and wastewater treatment, including chlorine-based disinfection systems, online measurement and control technology, and ultrapure water systems for laboratory and industrial use.

Position overview
We are seeking committed and reliable team players to join our team as a Technical Support Manager CEDI, Ionpure, AFS (m/f/d).
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, including customer calls, site visits, proposals, and performance projections.
- Size and select appropriate equipment based on customer needs.
- Support programs to enhance customer satisfaction, addressing issues related to reliability, pricing, availability, and technical understanding.
- Disseminate product knowledge and conduct virtual and on-site training.
- Evaluate DC power accessories through lab testing, including software and firmware updates.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, product management, and engineering for product improvements.
- Troubleshoot installation issues by working directly with customers and sales.
- Review failure analysis reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on regional regulatory changes affecting equipment design and installation.
- Work closely with the Global Technical Manager of Ionpure for reporting, training, and product performance.
- Coordinate with the EMEA sales team for project design, training, troubleshooting, and specifications.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; relevant industry experience considered.
- At least 5 years in water treatment or similar industry, with ultrapure water experience.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, electrodeionization, electrical control systems, and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French skills are highly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
