Your Profile

• Several years of experience in civil engineering as a construction equipment operator / Walzen- and Radladerfahrer (m/w/d).
• Interest in GPS control technology.
• A proactive team player who is willing to get involved.
• Excels in team settings.

Your Tasks

• Operate modern rollers confidently, and when needed, operate the loader.
• Create foundations that are level, weather-resistant, and durable, including soil loosening, loading, installing, and compaction.
• Maintain your equipment to ensure it is always ready for use.
• Monitor workflows and contribute your ideas.
