Your Tasks:
- Design and planning services for technical building equipment (MEP) in accordance with HOAI standards
- Assessment of building condition and identification of refurbishment and maintenance requirements
- Planning and execution of energy-efficient renovation projects
- Providing technical expertise in a wide range of facility management consulting projects
You...
- have a degree in building services engineering, process engineering, or energy and building technology—ideally with a focus on technical building systems, control systems or electrical engineering
- have experience with planning software such as DDS-CAD and AVA tools like ABSwin
- possess strong German skills, both written and spoken
- work professionally and independently, with a confident and positive presence
- feel confident in the Microsoft Office world
- are a strong team player who brings enthusiasm and above-average dedication to your work
