Position: Techniker (m/w/d) WEG

Full-time (37 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, follow-up, and presentation of technical measures for and in owner meetings
  • Implementation of owner resolutions (excluding major renovations)
  • Annual property inspections including documentation
  • Assessment of modernization or renovation needs in residential units in collaboration with project management
  • Supervision of contractor services
  • Contract awarding to craftsmen
  • Handling of fire and water damages
  • Invoice verification and processing in JobRouter/PROWOH
  • Soliciting and reviewing offers

Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a craft/technical field or a commercial qualification with technical understanding
  • Knowledge in cost estimation and/or calculation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Powerproject, ARRIBA
  • Negotiation skills and communication abilities
  • Confident interaction with external partners and tactful dealings with property owners
  • Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
  • Teamwork, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
  • Economic thinking and goal-oriented working style
