Your Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer, focusing on the Dutch market.
  2. Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including:

Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool.

  1. Implement relevant suppression measures and coordinate with field service partners.
  2. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with our customers.
  3. Ensure charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected according to industry legislation and regulations.
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and operational excellence.
  5. Support the growth of our eMobility business.

Your Profile

  1. University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
  2. Experience in the eMobility or customer service industry.
  3. Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize collaboratively within the team.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
  6. Proactive attitude with willingness to contribute to a new business area.
