Position: Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Home office Baden-Württemberg, Full-time (permanent)

If you enjoy driving new customers and expanding market presence, you are the perfect fit for our Hunting Sales Team.

  • Acquire new B2B customers systematically and sustainably
  • Increase revenue and market presence through local market penetration
  • Build and maintain relationships actively, manage your network passionately
  • Sell standard and customized products and mobility services
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, expand your sales territory
  • Quote offers, negotiate terms, close deals
  • Use Salesforce as CRM for efficient work
  • Onboard new customers fully and sustainably into our processes
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to expand our network

You should have a strong sales instinct, a desire to succeed, and a knack for acquiring new customers. Ideally, you bring:

  • A degree in business or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience (e.g., tourism, travel, car rental, hotel, retail)
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in car rental
  • Confident presentation and communication skills (German, and preferably English)
  • Self-assured appearance, enjoy direct contact with decision-makers
  • High energy, drive, and passion for mobility solutions
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with Salesforce advantageous
