  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial welding, with a focus on laser welding in high-precision applications.
  3. Proven track record in process development and scaling up welding operations for mass production.
  4. Hands-on experience with Nd:YAG, fiber laser, or diode laser systems, including optics, beam delivery, and weld monitoring.
  5. Knowledge of other joining technologies such as ultrasonic welding, resistance spot welding, mechanical joining, and adhesive bonding.
  6. Familiarity with materials used in energy storage, like aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and polymers.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  8. Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
  9. Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
