Jobbeschreibung

At Fresenius Kabi, we are committed to improving the quality of life for critically and chronically ill patients. As a healthcare company with a global footprint, we focus on the essential — with products and services for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. Our Global Procurement team plays a strategic role in shaping value for the company, and we are currently looking for a Manager Performance Management & Data Analytics (m/f/d) to join us in driving transparency, insights, and excellence across our procurement activities.

Your role: Shaping data-driven procurement success

As Manager Performance Management & Data Analytics, you will be responsible for building and advancing the performance management and analytics backbone of our Global Procurement function. Acting as a business partner and strategic advisor, you will be at the heart of data, systems, and insights that support our global sourcing strategy and decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Develop and manage KPIs and tracking systems to enable robust performance oversight and drive transparency across procurement functions.

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the go-to expert and advisor on analytical strategies and data-driven decision-making across the Procurement organization.

  • Data Integration & Insights: Integrate internal and external data sources (e.g., spend data, supplier data) to provide advanced procurement insights.

  • Management Reporting: Prepare high-impact decision documents for top management, such as monthly performance reviews.

  • Dashboard Development: Design, implement, and manage strategic dashboards that support Category Managers and Sourcing Specialists in their daily decision-making.

  • Financial Governance: Lead the governance of financial reviews for cost optimization initiatives and govern corporate savings Tracking

  • Data Governance: Establish frameworks for taxonomy, data consistency, reporting structures, and system alignment to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Advanced Analytics: Independently develop and present complex analyses that enable strategic procurement decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and add strategic value.

Your profile: Data-driven, structured, and forward-thinking

You bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making — coupled with a deep understanding of procurement processes and stakeholder needs.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field — ideally with a focus on Procurement, Supply Chain or Controlling

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, performance management, or project management in a global or complex setting

  • First leadership experience (e.g., as a deputy or in a cross-functional team)

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and data flows (P2P/S2C, financial postings)

  • Proven experience with SAP ERP (especially SAP MM, SRM, FI), SAP BW, and Power BI or similar dashboarding tools

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions

  • Strategic and pragmatic mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong teamwork skills and a high level of intercultural competence

  • Business fluent in English, both written and spoken
