Are you a native German speaker passionate about health, communication, and growth?

Yazen is transforming obesity care across Europe with our evidence-based, digital medical weight loss service combining lifestyle support and GLP-1 medication. We’re live in Sweden, Norway, Spain and the Netherlands—and now it’s time to take Germany by storm.

We’re looking for a Market Representative to join our International Expansion team and help us localize, test, and grow Yazen’s presence in Germany.

What You’ll Do

Local Marketing and Communication

• Provide on-the-ground cultural insight to help adapt Yazen’s message for German audiences.
• Translate and localize copy for Meta ads, website content, in-app messages, and onboarding flows.
• Review and refine our web-to-app funnel and onboarding experience to align with local expectations.
  
  

Market Research and Trend Spotting

• Analyze competing German digital health services and identify tone, price points, and patient expectations.
• Capture learnings from how GLP-1 medications (Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro) are perceived and discussed in Germany.
• Collaborate with our growth/marketing team to inform campaign development.
  
  

Strategic Input and Trust Building

• Suggest ideas for PR stunts, influencer collaborations, and social proof campaigns.
• Support early patient feedback collection to build testimonials and refine our value proposition.
• Act as a cultural advisor to ensure compliance, tone, and empathy in all German-facing communication.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Native German speaker, currently living in Germany.
• Strong written communication and sensitivity to tone and nuance.
• Available for freelance work (approx. 10-15 hrs/week). Flexible hours.
• Proficient in English for internal communication.
• Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or digital platforms is a strong plus.
• Bonus: experience in marketing, business development, digital health or customer support.
