As a key member of our SAP S/4HANA transformation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for the SAP S/4HANA program and ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business strategy.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the key phases, milestones, and deliverables for the SAP S/4HANA program, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business strategy
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure the roadmap reflects the strategic priorities of each business segment and the holding company
Drive integrated planning partnering with technical teams and program and project managers
Conduct scenario planning to evaluate different paths for achieving the program’s objectives, considering risks, resources, and timelines
Address any conflicts or issues with system integrators that may impact the roadmap or release plans
Identify potential risks to the roadmap and release schedules and develop mitigation strategies to address them
Engage with key stakeholders, including business segments, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to communicate roadmap and release plans, gather feedback, and address concerns
Identify and manage dependencies between different program components and dependent projects, ensuring coordinated and smooth releases
A Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in IT program management and delivery and roadmap planning with a strong focus on large-scale ERP implementations
Experience in working with third-party system integrators and managing vendor relationships
Strong knowledge of dependency management, change control, and risk management in the context of large-scale IT programs
Understanding of integration points and dependencies between SAP Systems and other enterprise systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT, business, and project teams
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Prior experience within Life Sciences domain preferable
