Who We Are
The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities

Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and professional leadership for the department “Value Chain Plannning”
- Evaluation of project and feasibility requests, including site and logistics assessments
- Representation of logistical interests in early project phases and interdisciplinary committees (e.g. KLK)
- Execution of simulations and scenario analyses to optimize material flows, inventories and production processes
- Support in the digitization of logistical processes as well as in special inquiries and equipment logistics (move-in)
- Ensuring an end-to-end logistics approach – from customer requirements to the source of raw materials
- Degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in logistics planning, ideally with management responsibility
- Proven experience in professional and disciplinary management
- In-depth knowledge of project evaluation and feasibility analyses
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience with simulation and scenario analyses of logistics processes
- Holistic understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
