We're looking for a

Product Support Engineer - French Speaker (f/m/d)

based in Mainz, Germany. In this role, you'll be a key player in our customer support team, providing technical assistance in Europe. Your responsibilities include helping customers select the right products, managing accounts, and participating in projects like writing articles or designing demos. This role offers a diverse and engaging experience.

Essential Functions:

• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations
• Handling customer inquiries and managing accounts
• Collaborating with global teams and supporting marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
