As a Chief of Staff (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with the executive team, especially the CEO, to manage key projects and ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
• Strategic Oversight: Drive implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives and monitor their progress and impact. Support the CEO and executive team with strategic planning, business plans, board prep, and execution of projects.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO, facilitating decision-making and alignment across departments.
• Process Improvement: Drive improvements in organizational procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align internal and external stakeholders on critical initiatives and ensure effective communication across the company.
  
  

What you need to shine

• Professional Experience: 3+ years in top-tier strategy consulting (ideally McKinsey, Bain or BCG). Experience in a high-growth start-up would be a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a drive to make things happen.
• High Drive: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong number-driven decision-making skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple complex projects and align different business aspects effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate across stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.
