Head of Engineering

• Location : Berlin or travel in 1-2 times a month
• Salary : €100-130k
• Looking for Head of Engineering, and open to Principal / IC / Staff Engineers who have experience leading and looking to step up.

As Head of Engineering, you'll lead our engineering organization alongside other department heads. Reporting to the CEO, you'll shape our technical strategy, mentor your team, and actively contribute to product architecture.

Key responsibilities include :

• Building high-performing teams
• Collaborating with HR to attract and retain talent
• Proposing technical solutions for scalable video management and streaming
• Supporting agile processes and cross-functional collaboration

To excel, you'll need :

• Experience leading engineering teams in a startup environment
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Extensive technical experience in high-performance applications and secure architectures
