Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) was established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan. Our European headquarters is located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with engineering sites in Hallbergmoos (Germany), Redditch (UK), and a software development office in Gdansk (Poland).
Your Profile:
- Background in business administration, project management, or related fields, with knowledge of finance, negotiation, and time management.
- Customer-focused, resourceful, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, customer portals, and company-specific QMS processes.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, take initiative, and maintain professionalism in business interactions.
- Understanding of intercultural business environments, with adaptability to different processes and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing RFIs/RFQs, tracking documents, obtaining necessary inputs, and executing workflows in Synergy (Sales Price Management, Transfer Price Management, etc.).
- Organize meetings, take minutes, support entries on customer portals, prepare presentations, and maintain project documentation.
- Handle ordering, relabeling, pickup, shipping, and delivery of samples between office, warehouse, customers, and partners.
- Act as a backup or provide additional support to the Team Assistant during high workload periods.
- Support other departments as needed in coordination with a mentor or coach.
