Digitized processes and Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions

The goal is clear :

Excellent business processes with Oracle digitization solutions! You will guide our customers—start-ups, growth companies, demanding medium-sized businesses—toward the digital future. Together with the customer, you will design intelligent business processes where modern, market-leading digitization technologies can fully develop their potential. Based on agile and hybrid process models, you will configure NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to the customer’s business processes. You will be responsible for turnkey implementation and the accompanying change management.

A variety of tasks await you :

1. Analysis, improvement, or redesign of business processes. A special feature: in workshops, for process visualization and documentation, you will use Horus business process tools and prefabricated best practice reference models.
2. Developing requirement specifications for configuring the target system and specifications for customer-specific developments and integrations, in collaboration with the customer’s subject matter experts, following a standardized procedure. You will also define suitable test cases.
3. Utilizing ready-made SuiteSuccess or best practice solutions for fast implementations, which are further developed in an agile, evolutionary process.
4. Design, configuration, personalization, and testing of business processes within the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
5. Conceptual design of data migration, support in data transformation, cleansing, and migration execution.
6. Supporting organizational change management, planning, and implementing training and coaching measures.
7. Supporting the customer during the operational phase, troubleshooting application problems, resolving system errors, and ongoing system maintenance and development.

You bring to the table :

1. A degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business affinity, or practical business experience as a career changer.
2. Strong business knowledge and ideally user experience in at least one of the following areas :

• SCM / Logistics and Production
• Customer Experience (sales, marketing, service)
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to create sustainable human user experiences

Additional skills :

• Excellent communication, abstraction, and structuring skills, diligence in documentation and presentation, and proficiency in German and English.
• Mobility for project work at home and abroad.
