Based in the engineering hub of Southwest Germany, our international client offers an exceptional hardware engineering role focusing on manufacturing and process engineering.

This leading technology company develops cutting-edge embedded software systems and solutions for the transportation, telecommunications, and automotive industries. They are urgently seeking a Hardware Engineer to leverage their expertise to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

1. New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Manage KPIs, manufacturing, and costs during product development, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
• Establish DFM standards, define and qualify manufacturing processes, and oversee supply chain readiness.
• Develop test strategies, document procedures, and ensure smooth transfer to full-scale production.
• Oversee KPIs, costs, and manufacturing for existing products, driving process improvements and quality enhancements.
• Conduct RCA, implement corrective actions, and qualify hardware changes across the supply chain.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics, address deviations, and provide technical support.
