For our Johns Manville Sales GmbH - Poland - we are looking with immediate effect for a

Sales Manager Poland; unlimited contract, full-time.

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales and revenue in Roofing, Geotextiles, Flooring, Gypsum, Composites & Specialties and Thermal Insulation in Poland.

Your tasks

  • Negotiate with assigned customers on all commercial and technical matters.
  • Conduct regular research on market size, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure business and ensure profitable growth.
  • Acquire new customers.
  • Identify new product applications and drive product development projects forward.
  • Develop and review the operating (sales) plan.
  • Collaborate closely with other F&I sales managers, technical service, inside sales, and product management.

Your profile

  • Possess a degree or diploma in a technical or commercial profession with relevant experience in sales and marketing.
  • Have product knowledge and expertise in glass and spunbond products.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate good collaboration skills with internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; German is an advantage.
  • High degree of independence and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS-Office applications.
