Connecting Construction & Engineering Freelancers in the DACH region focusing on construction projects

I am recruiting for 111 Welder for a client of mine who specializes in marine work, including shipbuilding, repairs, and retrofitting.

The role is 6 days a week at the site in Wismar, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Germany.

My client can offer you accommodation, transportation, assistance with the necessary documentation and work attire.

Responsibilities/Key requirements

• Certificates of proficiency and competency - welding Euro Certification.
• You must possess the ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience performing welding work on ships and shipbuilding would be advantageous.
• Experience with MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding, also known as "stick welding".
• Experience with MMA Welding (111): This is a fusion welding process where an arc is created between a metal electrode and the base metal, using a consumable electrode.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures.

Logistics

• Rate: Negotiable, DOE (Paid Per Hour).
• Hours: 54 hours per week (Monday-Saturday).
• Start: ASAP.
