Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to lead the Contracting & Presentations team, ensuring efficient customer-facing sales presentations and contract signing processes. You will oversee applications like DocHub and the Signing Frontend, support transitioning from legacy systems, manage the team’s roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive internal process improvements. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of product management experience, especially with customer-facing products, strong stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You should be capable of elevating the team from maintenance to active product development and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and drive progress within the Contracting & Presentations team, ensuring efficient sales presentations and contract processes.
• Oversee applications such as DocHub and signing interfaces, supporting the transition from legacy systems.
• Manage the team roadmap and deliver cross-team projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to expand scope and unlock opportunities.
• Engage the team to improve internal processes and delegate tasks effectively.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with customer-facing products is a plus.
• Motivated, pragmatic, with a drive to get things done.
• Ability to elevate the team from maintenance to product development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage the team.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
