Director of Corporate Sales

I am seeking a talented Director of Sales to join our vibrant team hotel team in Munich!

In this exciting role, you'll:

• Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships
• Negotiate and close corporate and event contracts
• Represent our hotel at trade shows and workshops
• Plan and execute sales trips and familiarization tours
• Support event sales with inquiries and contract negotiations
• Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the curve
• Maintain customer data in our CRM system
• Develop and implement sales action plans
• Train and onboard new team members and apprentices

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent German and English skills
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Knowledge of German and international markets
• A motivated, team-oriented attitude
• Initial experience in team leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Experience with Delphi.fdc is a plus!
