HVAC Responsibilities

• Verify the status of the areas to see the essential quality issues; compare the drawings with the real status on site.
• Planning and assigning extra tasks, including setting the budget and responsibilities in consultation with relevant supervisors.
• Organizing and coordinating the activities of external companies.
• Participate in decisions on all construction-related matters affecting resource planning.
• Managing the expansion measures for air conditioning rooms and shafts, including the implementation of time coordination on site.
• Taking responsibility for safety-related aspects, including ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness.
• Preparation of site documentation, regular planning and control meetings directly, as well as management of claims in the assigned area.
• Areas of focus include installation of pipes, ventilation systems, electrical systems, and insulation work.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in the fields of electrical engineering, pipeline construction, or insulation.
• 3+ years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned specialist areas, preferably in the coordination of assembly activities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willing to move to Wismar.
• Team and communication skills.
• Commitment, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
