Manager R&D and Innovation Controlling (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Provide objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned R&D objectives
• Drive and support R&D by assisting R&D leadership to take best informed decisions, communicate and present pro-actively controlling topics to R&D leadership
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for R&D projects
• Ensure proper portfolio management, track KPIs, drive ROI assessments, provide in-depth analysis incl. suggestions on improvement levers
• Drive process improvements and automation within R&D controlling workflows

What makes you a good fit

• Top class university degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in Finance / Controlling
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on R&D or project controlling
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, familiarity with BI tools is expected, SAP is a plus
• Collaborative personality with distinct “can do” attitude and willingness to achieve paired with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proactivity, ability to work cross-functionally and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
• Very good English language skills, preferable international experience during education or professional life
