Job Opening: Home Visitor (HV), Program Manager

Location: Wiesbaden

Start Date: 1st October 2025

Job Type: Full Time

Job Overview

Healthcare professionals are needed to provide medical services supporting the Military Treatment Facilities and Health Clinics within the U.S., including the Army Medical Command, Regional Health Command Europe, and other DoD agencies such as the US Navy and US Air Forces in Europe.

Qualifications

  • Degree: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) recognized by ACEN or CCNE, or a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Education

Graduate from an accredited School of Social Work or a college/university accredited by CSWE, ACEN, or CCNE.

Certification

Certified as a C-ASWCM by the National Association of Social Workers or have at least three years of recent experience as a social work case manager in a hospital setting.

Experience

Minimum of five years in child abuse prevention, family services, dysfunctional families, or related fields, meeting clinical competency requirements.

Licensure

Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Supporting the Army’s New Parent Support Program and Family Advocacy Program.
  • Coordinating referrals and assessing psychosocial needs of patients and families.
  • Providing counseling and psychotherapy services.
  • Consulting with staff and participating in peer reviews and research.
  • Supporting family growth, child development, and stresses related to deployment and reunions.
  • Using computer software and automation systems effectively.
  • Performing assessments, interviews, and training in a military/DoD community.
  • Serving as a Vendor Representative in ECOPS and assisting applicants with applications.
  • Providing administrative supervision and training to NPSP HVs, coordinating training, and liaising with IMCOM E.

Additional Information

This position is eligible for support under NATO SOFA articles 72 or 73.
