Job Description

EMS is a leading manufacturer of precise medical devices for dental prophylaxis, orthopedics, and urology. We focus on quality, customer orientation, and innovation, especially with our Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) concept that revolutionizes dental prophylaxis.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands to work fully remotely (full-time). You will support Dutch customers via telephone and email regarding our dental equipment, handle administrative tasks, and serve as an interface between customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

1. Support Dutch customers with inquiries about dental equipment
2. Process sales campaigns and orders in a service-oriented manner
3. Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems
4. Act as an interface between sales, technology, logistics, and customers
5. Provide competent and friendly assistance via phone and email
6. Represent the company professionally and assist customers effectively
7. Take on projects and additional tasks as per personal strengths

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship with a medical, technical, or commercial focus (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk)
• Relevant professional experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle different personalities
• Reliable, accurate, and independent working style
• Service- and sales-oriented motivation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Very good Dutch skills (C1+), good English skills (B2)
