YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in the Baden-Württemberg region to join our Water Treatment Division. In this role, you will drive our business growth in the industrial water and wastewater treatment sector. By identifying market opportunities, trends, and customer needs, you will bring innovative products and solutions to the market, contributing to the success of our division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new customer opportunities for strategic water treatment products across various market and industry sectors.
  • Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to configure and deliver customized water treatment solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Customer Insights: Identify and report on customer potential, supporting industry sales teams with targeted customer development strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide timely reports on all activities, including plans, customer visits, performance metrics, and achievements.
  • Market Expansion: Drive business development initiatives within assigned industry focus areas, ensuring continued growth and market presence.
  • Trend Analysis & Product Development: Stay ahead of market trends, manage new product introductions, and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and implement campaigns to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Experience

  • Significant experience in water treatment applications and technical expertise within the industry.
  • Advanced skills in business development, including identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of Gross Profit targets.
  • Successful delivery of CRM projects and product campaigns.
  • Promotion and implementation of innovative product formulations to meet customer demands.
