RESPONSIBILITIES

As Junior Deployment Engineer at Pimcore you will…

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining GitHub workflows for automation.
• Support deployment activities and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless customer onboarding to Platform.sh.
• Monitor and maintain application stability, security, and performance.
• Work closely with senior engineers and development teams to integrate support strategies.
• Document workflows and contribute to best practices for deployment management.
• Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least one year of working experience in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of GitHub workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Some experience with cloud platforms, preferably Platform.sh or similar PaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and proactively resolve issues.

For candidates with relevant professional experience, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 50,000 (full-time). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
