Position Details

We are looking to strengthen our team in the model cars division at our location in Flörsheim am Main. The position is permanent, full-time, and available immediately or at a later date.

Role: Junior Manager Product Development/Product Management - Model Cars Division (all genders)

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our model vehicles from concept to approval.
  • Conduct research on prototypes, technical details, and specifications.
  • Monitor market and competition, and contribute ideas for new products.
  • Coordinate and track individual development projects and external service providers.
  • Continuously observe the market and competition for the model cars segment.
  • Participate in assortment planning and develop new products for our private labels.
  • Maintain article and supplier data in ERP systems (e.g., prices, dimensions, conditions).
  • Coordinate and back up the image creation process.
  • Organize and review samples for quality, photography, and approvals.
  • Assist with spare parts management.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm and passion for model cars, model building, and cars in general.
  • Completed commercial or technical training; open to entry-level or re-entry candidates.
  • Proficient in MS Office and standard ERP systems.
  • Structured and independent working style.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written), good English skills.
