We are offering a position as Administrative Specialist, Administration Airfreight / Seafreight (m/w/d) in our division DSV Air & Sea GmbH in Langenhagen, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks such as office organization, information processing, and correspondence handling
• Check and approve digital incoming invoices and attachments
• Scan postal documents
• Index and, if necessary, follow up on documents
• Prepare documents for digital archiving
• Support commercial activities in daily business

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferred)
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Responsibility, strong commitment, and independence
• Ideally, already have: valid reliability check and air security training
