Dein Profil

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, with some leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with large or heavy load components
• Knowledge of warehouse management and ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Team-oriented, self-reliant, with strong implementation and assertiveness skills, plus a hands-on mentality
• Creative, flexible, resilient, and well-organized
• Forklift and/or crane license, driving license, and willingness to travel occasionally to the central warehouse in Büdelsdorf
• Good communication skills and fluent in German, both spoken and written

Deine Aufgaben

• Take organizational and technical responsibility for the large components team, serving as the primary contact across locations (Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren and Büdelsdorf)
• Collaborate trustfully with other teams and the warehouse logistics department head and area manager
• Coordinate internal transport and the loading/unloading of special transports
• Ensure all logistics processes run efficiently, safely, and on time
• Serve as contact for external freight companies and service providers
• Develop existing processes and implement optimizations
